  From booking my car in for a service, to picking it up to bring it home, the service I received was great. I had scratched my car and I asked for a quote for repair. The quote I got was very good and very competitive. I asked when the work could be done and was told that it could be done immediately and I could pick up my car the following day. True to their promise, the car was ready the following day and the workmanship was superb. My car is once more pristine. Lookers Volkswagen in Blackburn's showroom is light and airy and you can get a drink of tea or coffee. They also provide magazines for you to peruse whilst you wait for your car to be ready. I bought my car from them a year ago and I have to say that the salesman was thankfully, not pushy. Overall, whether buying a car, or having your car serviced, in my opinion they are great and I certainly recommend them. I would just like to give a special thank you to Lee, who dealt with me whilst my car was in for the service. Even though at times, he was very busy, I observed that he was very patient when dealing with customers and tried to be as helpful as possible. Thank you Lee.

  I got the car I wanted in great condition at a fair price with no hard sell. Reading the other reviews here it seems that most people are very happy with the sales and less so with the repairs hence the mixed reviews. I can't comment on the repair side of the dealership, but I was very pleased with the sales service and also the aftercare I received from Lookers.
