  I visited recently to purchase a replacement a.c. adaptor for a macbook. I managed to find the item myself as no staff approached me to offer assistance and the ones that were available were stood around chatting. The item I found was not marked with a price but when I asked an assistant for the price he offered no assistance just directed me to the tills. Before purchasing at the till i confirmed the price and requested a VAT receipt. After payment I noticed that I didn't have the receipt that I wanted and was rudely told that I would need to open a business account for that and that the receipt I had would do as it carries their VAT number.
