Bossman gym. They have just invested in a new sound system, the place is always developing. The attitude here is no nonsense and "respect is paramount". You come in, get your business done and go. Also the guy who runs the place is welcoming, him and his missus are very decent people. Prices are very reasonable with flexible tariffs. Couldn't recommend more. The machines and free weights/benches meet the needs of beginners and advanced users.
