  Been waiting for over and hour and a half for a call back , Bethany the receptionist didn't tell us Melvin was on his dinner break , she did however state that Melvin would return a call as soon as possible with a matter of urgency ,40 minutes later I called them back , wishing to speak with the Garage Manager ... Only to be connected with ...yes you guessed it "Ninja Melvin" Not wishing to speak with Melvin I was connected to Stewart who apologised on behalf of the failing telephone system that was not working right .. "Okay how about resolve this" ..? Sound like a plan ..? I drive a Land rover Discovery the dealership I use has the right to holds it head high when it comes to customer relations and understands the needs of their customers too with it's level of professionalism and swift prompt service that you'd expect from a professional garage. After my call with Stewart we had a call from Melvin I think Melvin doesn't quite understand that we don't quite understand protocols and policies within Bowker Garage at Blackburn and has since over the last 10 minutes not had a problem at all with the telephone system at the garage calling us several times. To summarise then Slack Drills guys , sloppy customer service , poor quality staff representing a flagship BMW garage with the enthusiasm and professionalism of a line up for the next entries into the local circus ring with MELVIN(AKA) Cocoa the clown heading the main event. Feeling that you have failed on all aspects of our requirements today we have opted to go for a local garage near to us , they have been prompt ,friendly ,professional and given realistic estimations and information with regards to our fault on my partners Mini. If I could score minus then I'd be tapping that right now ...A first time and last time, Poor ,Sloppy and difficult experience today not to be repeated and certainly not to be recommended.
