  I can usually find what I'm looking for in here, and I like the 3 for 2 offers. The gift sets (especially from No7 and Soap and glory) that are available around Christmas are excellent. Staff are generally ok, but they don't really know what they are selling! If you ask them a question about a product, they often seem confused, and they can never tell you when an item will be in stock. Maybe the manager needs to liaise with shop floor staff more? The make up counters are often messy, and I've seen customers opening up products because there are no testers available! Again, when you ask staff why there aren't any testers, they can't tell you when they'll be available. I buy a lot of my make up from other places because of this.
