  I have made a number of trades with this company over the years. Up until today they have always been receptive. I made an enquiry over the past week regarding the purchase of a watch. I had 2 existing pieces that I wanted to part exchange. I was asked to provide specific information regarding the watches....make, model number, box and papers, condition etc. This was fully disclosed and I was then given a part exchange valuation subject to the watches being 'as described'. I made an appointment and then visited iconic. The proprietor of the shop said the watches were indeed as described but because she didn't like them and thought they would be hard to sell she didn't want to proceed with the transaction. I will give the proprietor her dues....she was certainly candid in explaining her motives. After dealing with them over may years the way I have been treated today means I will never be able to deal with them again. Sorry it has ended like this
