  Went in to buy a Daniel Wellington watch, sales assistant said she will get me a brand new one from the back, ended up giving me one from the display which had scratches on. As i had already paid for it thinking she will get me a brand new one, when i asked to return it there and then, she said i cant until i demanded to speak to the manager who after some debate returned the item. Very unprofessional and rude sales assistant will never be going here again!!

  After my fiance bought my engagement ring from here and then our wedding rings for a very expensive price I brought my engagement ring in to be repaired and recoated but when I went to collect it is received the most unwelcome and awful level of customer service..no smiling and not much communication either , very disappointing
